Participants attending in person must bring 10 hard copies of their papers to the conference venue. Online presenters must submit an electronic copy to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) via a designated email.
Conference papers must address the theme of the conference; otherwise, they will not be considered for publication.
Papers presented at the annual conference should be submitted to a designated email, which will be provided by the Editor-in-Chief, not later than two weeks after the conference has concluded. The submission deadline will be clearly communicated.
Manuscripts for the two annual editions
Papers should be a maximum of 15 pages (including references), typed in Times New Roman, 12-point font, double line-spaced, on A4-sized paper. Papers exceeding this length will be rejected.
The cover page must include the paper’s title and the author’s full name(s) in the following order: first name, middle name or initial, and surname, along with their status and email address.
The second page should include the title, a 150-word abstract, and keywords at the end.
The body of the paper should begin with the title, without the author’s name or contact details.
Manuscripts must be original and should not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
Preference will be given to empirical research papers.
Manuscripts will be reviewed and contributors will be promptly informed of the status of their submission.
Each manuscript must be accompanied by a non-refundable assessment fee at the prevailing rate.
Structure of an empirical paper
The main body should be concise and include:
A brief section with relevant background literature, without a separate literature review.
Method: sample size, sampling techniques, instruments (with evidence of reliability and validity), data collection procedure, and methods of data analysis.
Results and Discussion.
Conclusion.
References: all citations in the text must be listed.
Style
Manuscripts should follow the current APA style of referencing. Footnotes should not be used.
Tables and figures should be simple and kept to a minimum.
Quotations longer than three lines must be indented.
